New Product

mach1rc.com X-raycer

The X-Raycer is here! (well, almost, plans should be available for purchase very soon) The X-raycer is an all new design from mach1rc.com. It is a stretched delta design and simply fly's awesome! It uses the same build technique as the FireFly XS. Print the PDF (either tiled or full), glue it to the foam, Cut out, put together! I am not going to go into too much detail about the design because the following video covers all of that. More detailed pictures of the plane will come and plans should be available for purchase very soon.

Mach1rc.com X-raycer (4 min 20 sec)

This plane covers a very wide spectrum of power set ups. I am running a high power set up using 2200 3s and 2650 4s batteries, pushing 70-90 mph. Leadfeather is running a lighter set up, using 3s 1000 batteries, still good speed but much better for park flying.

The all new mach1rc.com Easy Gear (https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1313590) works great on this plane and adds a whole other realm of awesomeness when you can do touch and goes

More info coming soon!

Very nice!
What motor are you running on the plane in the vid? Looks like a Turnigy.

Lead,
Cool looking plane! I have had one of your Fireflys for a good while and love the way it flys. It is fun to use the rudder to make it do crazy things. Can the X-racer be set up with dual rudders?

Yes, yes it can. We did not do it on ours (yet), but on the plans there is a light dotted line where rudders can be placed.

Looks like R&D is working over time and Lead is doing some tough "Quality Assurance" testing <it was even flying like a canary on crack for a bit there> but when does the teasing stop and production begin?

We're almost there. Were just finalizing the build guide and tweaks to the images. We want everything as near perfect as possible.

By Email? By the way, at the end of the paypal screen there is no Log Out button, if possible that will add some security for users. Not that is is not secure, just if someone forgets the screen up.

Yep by email...manually for now. If we get busy enough we may try to figure out how to make the order filling automatic.

The PayPal page... I don't think we have any control of, provided by PayPal.
