Hobby Lobby Fury
I just got my latest review project in the mail yesterday afternoon, and was excited to see what it looked like. It just so happened I had some freetime before work this morning so I decided to snap a few shots to share.
* Pre-installed 80mm fan w/ brushless outrunner
* Pre-installed 45A ESC
* Wingspan: 34 1/2 inches
* Length: 34 2/4 inches
* Weight: 30oz

I posted up some pics and a little summary of my thoughts so far from the first 2 flights over the the foamy edf forum, but I'll post them here too
Jon and I got mine out to the field for a maiden flight on Saturday. I got 2 flights on it, and I've got to say I'm pretty impressed with it. The 80mm fan has a unique sound to it ..... It seems to me instead of hearing the usual whine of the high rpm 70mm setups, you hear more of the air moving out the exhaust pipe as with 90mm setups.
Not ultra fast, but super stable as I expected. It likes to come in under a bit of power, say 1/8th throttle or so. I did find myself trying to correct for the crosswind with a rudder, thats the only thing I've found missing so far on this plane
Thanks for the pics Jon!
