Thanks Gary! Might have to take ya up on that.
I don't think 12G is enough for 50V 3K watts.

Just pointing out that we have both. The 10 GA will do it.

Still can't seem to find any 50V 330uf resistors locally. Or 10 gauge wire for that matter.
Just stuff.
It's down to getting the fan balanced and wire for esc extention and caps.
Then it's on!! Hee hee.
I got the new Castle Capacitors and 10g wire.
I even had the 63v 180uf in stock.
I normal put 2 pararell inline before the ESC to smooth out the voltage spike for extra extension batteries lead.

I built a stand from 3/4 PVC for about 7 bucks.

I did the same, here is a thread on the topic. Cost me around $7.00 for all the parts at Lowe's! So far I have built 3 of these, and the listed dimensions in this thread work marvelously for my Habu 32 Fuselage! It takes me around 25 minutes to cut all the parts and assemble everything per stand. Cheap, Easy, and Fast!!

I'm using the Hobby Wing version. It has performed flawlessly. I have it mounted under the battery tray with the fins sticking thru the bottom of the fuse. I cut four hardwood blocks. The HW program card was $9.00 and is easy to use.
