Congrats on breaking 500 at Parker, new pb's and some ripping new speeds with the "small" planes.
That Magnus looks like a beefed up Flying Fish/Razor.

I don't think the Magnus and the Flying Fish share any DNA, except the way the stab is mounted in the vertical. Mangus is a Jonathan Wells design. Never flown the Flying Fish/Razor but I remember the Crack Waxa flying real well.

Thanks to Ray for shooting this video.

The 480 lap is at 40 seconds in and you can really hear the sound of the lap change, especially in the top turn. A power pocket formed up high and I was trying to stay in it. Can’t hear the speed readings before that as Spencer had been calling them out, and he was on the other side of me from the camera.

One go-around and the actual landing are at the end. Some of the other approaches were really hairy. The eventual landing contact can’t be seen in the video but thankfully it came down in the soft stuff short of the dirt.

We had the first “Magic Monday” at Parker on October 9, 2017. That day Spencer went 459 with a transonic I got a new PB of 397 with a K2m. Pretty sure Spencer’s speed was the hill record at that time. Not sure what to call this past Monday, but I think it will become a measuring stick for big Parker days in the future.

Congrats Uwe, that is a sharp looking tweety you have. Is there more info online about the Lilloo?

If I may chime in here
There is not much info on the Lilloo online, yet.
There will be soon on www.onewing.de
Uwe did the aerodynamics on the Lilloo, I did the CAD. Original airfoils from Peter Wick. I will have it produced in smaller numbers in eastern Europe.
If I'll find some time, I can share some info on XBow² and Lilloo in a separate thread not to derail this one.
Cheers Martin

With Lilloo that's only a third of the truth. Basic root profile is a SD7003reflexed, tip profile ist TP100, in between is PW, all profiles were custumized by me.
With the XBOW2, the basic profile is from Peter, all profiles of the wing are adapted variants of the PW basic profile "PW2019 3m"

There is some information about the Lilloo in German, some pictures and videos too: https://www.rc-network.de/threads/li...d-ds.11818854/

....and about the XBOW 1 + 2: https://www.rc-network.de/threads/xb...ngflug.783728/

Cheers, Uwe.
