Hey Rebels,
For some reason I thought it was much further from Port Elizabeth to Hermanus, looks to be about 400km or so, is that all coastal highway? Looks to be quite the slope there, a real balsa eating buffet. I wouldn't mind trying it out though. Someday maybe, before I'm so old I can't moveFF

Why does your jacket have red panels ?
Is that the `Captains` colours ?
Anyway,,,,, looks like a great place to slope and maiden some new planes.
I am sooo jealous now, and it`s easterly wind here for us.
Maybe we`ll try Skoenies.
GO CAPTAIN !!!!! a little captain in you ????

Hi Guys.Greetings from a friendly Hermanus. Today for us started at 05:00. Had a breakfast and moved onto the slope. Been up on the mountain early in the morning with a plane up in the air watching the town wake up below you is so cool. The peace was broken by the arrival of the Slope Rebels bus. Again we flew ourselves silly and were eventually joined by some of the Locals.
An awesome day with good winds.
Tomorrow the official games begin and we all are looking forward to what promises to be an awesome day.

Yea sure I have about 10gigs of video do you want me to spend my resting time editing whilst I need some serious rest. Being out in the sun for two days solid takes its toll.
My face feels like biltong from the sun
We will keep you guys in suspense for a little while longer.
There should be some good footage from the 3m mig which was fitted with 3 cameras.
Even Bakkie has not even posted some footage.......
