Pusher will be easier but I'm not that sort of builder.
I'm thinking KFM4?? I have 2 of those 64mm EDF's but don't think the frame will carry the weight of them both at 900mm W/s???
Any Ideas guys.
I think it should be able to carry the weight. It's just a matter of getting it in the air because you should definitely have the power. Twin edfs will draw a lot of amps so your flight time may be low. Good luck either way.

Hi guys... I printed the plans for the FSW, as big as the Local print shop could get them. Ws 738.5mm lol..
Must be in inches?..
Anyhow..... I'm marking it out on 6mm depron and decided to give it a little stretch here and there....

Good Luck. I'm going to have to start all over. After 5 attempts to launch it and each resulted in crashes. I'm not giving up but with another project in the works, it will be a while. looking forward to the updates and the maiden.

Maiden flights of my giant scale Prime Jet didnt go so well.....

I CG was too far back and thrust angle of motor was not correct...

I have plenty of ideas how to improve the model so will cut a new one in the next few weeks.

Another prime jet ready to maiden.
I have a 2836 propdrive motor, 6x4 bull nose prop, 40amp plush esc and a 1800 bolt 3s all the way forward.

Sorry about your unfortunate maiden Borneoben.

Awesome morning's flying!! This little jet flys great! A little tail heavy on the first try but got it down safely ....
New battery for the second flight. Moved the cg forward a little and give her some herbs!!
With nearly 700watts driving, she really gets along!....

Video coming soon....

Thanks for the link Bob!. Very nice design right up to the T/e, then it's not my "kettle of fish"...

Now you know I'm a Vtail guy!... lol....

A very good improvement would be an edf with a functional Vtail !!! Ahhhhh that would look sweet!! I have one mors 64mm fan and 45 amp Turnigy Trust esc left in the partz box..... but I'm keen on getting Lockey's Valkyrie redesigned and flying..... well its on the list anyway

My Primejet8 is out of the paint shop and ready for a spin. I changed out the 700w propdrive and installed a 2526 FF motor (same X-mount) this was a difference of 40g to the tail.
This mod allowed me to have a better adjustment to the batterys position.

When this plane is loaded for me it is a tricky launch, I knocked the nose off and put it aside. Then this thought happened....
