Graupner Charger a Schulze 6-330?

Hi Charger Experts,

I have a Graupner mc-Ultra Duo Plus II charger, Order No. 6404, software version V6.xx. It looks a whole lot like a Schulze isl6-330 charger, can anyone confirm this? If so I'd like to upgrade the eprom to Version 8 to charge li-poly packs

Thanks!

You can become an expert too:

Read the "Upgrade" page on the Schulze website:

http://www.schulze-elektronik-gmbh.de/v8upd_e.txt

I quote:
Quote:
Software version 8 is available with immediate effect, although it
can only be fitted to the schulze isl 5 and isl 6 chargers.

Exception:

Graupner Duo Plus II, Order No. 6404. We are able to convert this
unit so that the isl 6-330d software runs on it.
The cost of the conversion is the same as for the isl 5 or isl 6,
but the cover will be replaced by request (EURO 15,- extra charge).
As this involves hardware changes, you'll need to send it in...

Thanks, that's great information. Too bad I have to send it back to Germany but it beats buying a new one.
