I didn't take a picture of the installation inside the fuse, but JDW has the same set in his P51 and posted some pics here:

You just plug the set into the spare channel on the RX and mount the circuit board and wiring such that they don't interfere with the servos. It's a very easy installation, the most time-consuming part is taping all the wiring in place. I ran my wiring along the LE so that it would be as inconspicuous as possible. On my DX7 the controls for that channel defaulted to the flaps switch. On "0" the lights are off, switch to "1" and the 3 nav lights come on, switch to "2" and the machine gun lights fire off.

Nice installation. However, the Nav red and green are opposite of where they should be. Port, Left, Red.
