Question on capacitor orientation on Thunderbird-18

Fellow TB-18 owners,

Can you, please, look at the bottom of your ESC and tell me if I soldered one of the capacitors (left in the picture, the one pointed by the red arrow) correctly:

I've just bought this ESC used and it came with some pretty scary chemical rust on both sides of the PCB, as if it was attacked by some corrosive liquid or vapor. As soon as I removed the heat shrink, one of the capacitors fell off.
No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't find a picture of the bottom surface of the ESC on the internet...
