Man this plane is really sweet. Using the rudder to turn makes flat turns without using the aileron.

The weak spot on this plane is the soggy nose gear. Its loose where the spring goes up and down. It caused the plane to flip over after a nice landing so thats something I'm gonna have to fix.

This is a video from yesterday. At the end I almost hit a fedex truck

If you flip it on concrete runway, how would you handle it on a "airport" like I use??
No offence...

I have been only one time, on a concrete runway with Cessna.

It was the best landing ever

Nah mate, MrMentions was better, he did a flip with minimal throw, it was a 3D maneuver - that's awesome. Then he almost took out a FedEx truck (classic) loved that video.

On a serious note....who cares? grass/concrete he had a bad nose wheel and flipped over no big deal, was perfect flight and landing otherwise well done MrMention...

lol thanks. I didnt see the fedex truck until the last minute but I had enough power to pull up an over.

I did fix my gear. Its not spring loaded anymore. I wedged a small piece of wire where the 2 metals compress. I figure that would force me to do nice soft landings

Sorry guys, I didn't want to upset anyone
I was just happy that after one year, I finaly managed to land my Cessna withuot any crash or even a flip. On the video, at about 2 min, from the begening, you can see how rough is the "airport" I use. It is a field that hasn't been cultivated by 4-5 years, I cut the grass and bushes and got the "runway"
Cessna King Size Scale (9 min 35 sec)

The bad nose wheel I had it too, but I swich it with a custom made one, with suspensions, to handle well the runway I also made custom suspensions to the rear wheels, and now she runs a lot more smooth
Once again, please excuse me

Yes it is. Its a big floater. I'm gonna do the tail dragger mod, because the firewall is too thin. I already ripped out the nose wheel on a grass landing.

It's mounting method to the firewall is not very secure. If you reinforce the box assembly, it is fine.

There's nothing wrong with the nose wheel, it'actually quite good. If you can land a plane with tricycle gear reliably then you will love this aircraft. It's not made to land on rough terrain, it's a Cessna. If you want that you should have bought a FunCub.
