Carguy... cracking video ! loved it, action packed, good flying and chasing well edited, you could have timed the still photos to the music beat towards the end of the video...
your friend's lights show well under the wings
Tell the groundsman from your club he is doing an excellent job ! the runways look like bowling greens !
Nice shorts by the way

It took one pic per second to follow the beat, and at the end I was missing photos, and I wanted you guys to see me, so I went for 2 secs a pic. Still timed, but slower.

Thanks for your comments guys

What I'm trying to get away from is the double-vision of fast moving objects like the motorbikes or cars that shows up when I pause the video. (fast movement of the camera will do the same thing.) In FPV, EVERYTHING is fast moving. I need to pause the video and get an accurate picture of what is on the ground. (I'm using video to locate lost model airplanes)

Your Virtual Dub, and WMM passed, and the Ulead sample that started at 1:32 into the video passed my test.

The cable tv, Default setting Ulead, and Ulead 720 x 480 25 FPS did not pass my test.

It looks like the Ulead sample that starts at 1:32 is the only Ulead setting that passed the test. I would like to know more about the settings that were used for that clip.

BB, I was having good results using a freeware program called virtual VCR and a no loss codec called HuffYUV, very large capture files however.

CG, most excellent video!

I was gifted a nice foamy yesterday. Complete with AXI outrunner and Jeti ESC. Looks like it will be a nice in-close flying aerobatic plane. Any good for FPV?

Nope ! No time to install, getting ready for the big FPV meet next saturday. Did see some guys with DLs when I met saucisse and his friends today. From what they say, it works great, except with other DLs.

Most enjoyable day, learned some, saw lots of FPV goodies, ate the best BBQ ever, saw the biggest dogs I had seen to date.

It was a day for superlatives I guess

Teaser pics:
