right now i have the cheap HK 13$ osd input for the on screen display connected to ground and to the camera output lead. I can discard the osd (if that is necc) to enable the resistor to work properly...i guess i would rather have the scene useable when i am about to land then be reading the battery voltages at that time!!!!....would like to keep the osd working in the loop, if possible.
I like the way the value of the resistor got input into your original message when i did a quote of your reply....i hope that is the value you recommend...

You need to post a video of what you're seeing.

I've used about any value between 68ohm and 100ohm, doesn't seem to make too much difference, YMMV.

Got a nice PM from the young man that flew on my buddy box over the weekend, hope he will join in the discussion here, he is a very good R/C pilot.

Thanks!
Hi Art,

Thank you so much for letting me take a pull on your FPV setup yesterday, that was quite an experience!
You seem to really have your setup dialed in and it was really neat to see how all the pieces work together. I am excited to get going on my setup when funds allow, the 50cc Edge comes first Thank you again and I'm sure I'll see you out there soon!

Should have good weather for the funfly tomorrow. I should meet funjet there, an FPV flyer that runs a AP buisiness. Should be fun. Although it is a regular funfly, he does fly there FPV with a buddy box. Maybe I'll take a ride in the passenger seat ? I think I'll bring the Fatsharks just in case

I'm trying a little experiment with video rendering. That first video was rendered in DV resolution, the native format off of the camera. File was 2.7 gig, this one is in Mpeg4 format, 460 MB. I think it's much better, as long as you select HD.

If your old computer has XP on it, save it! The programmers I've been playing with for Remzibi and the FrSky stuff can be made to work with Windows 7/Vista but are a lot simpler to set up in XP.
