I don't think there is a problem with the video system or switcher, the problem seems to be that the Aiptek is real finicky about the consistency of the video signal.

Art - I'm going to have to go back through this thread to see why I don't see you using the EasyCap anymore.

rcmonster99 - Love the accent!

Looks like the switcher does a nice job...

EasyCap does a nice job, just more stuff to carry to the field, sometimes computer does wierd stuff while trying to capture video. You usually have your laptop at the field anyway, do you not? You can try it out if you like.

Yea nice little cam and nice little price ! I bought an OSD cam that was cheaper than the last one, but it weights more...

The wing is next after the Senorita. Wasn't really thinking FPV when I bought the wing... but probably will.

RCMonster, I'd like to see some video taken with the little cam on the Stryker. I'd like to have one cam like that on the Stryker if the image quality is good.

BTW thanks for the stryker video.

Would have been nice to fly today, sunny and over freezing point ! Still lots of snow on the ground and very icy and tough for foamie fuselages until mid day when the snow gets soft as it gets hotter. Better tape that stryker bottom a bit...

Stryker graphics

OK, here it is: The Stryker is painted. The colors are chosen to enhance vision of the plane in the sky, and they gave me an idea for a graphic. It may be a little foolish, and I am no artist, but here goes. Laugh all you want

Says 12 amps on 110v, it's also rated for 220v input, would only draw 6 amps while outputting 72 amps 12v DC. This thing is a beast!

UAV Integrations
Lol! No I like it i like it! Art, you'll love the Stryker for FPV. It is a sweet FPV plane, with a nice wide speed envelope and excellent wind penetration. It is my current go-to bash and crash and turn and burn FPV plane, while my Mentor is kinda my big baby that I am planning on developing into a long range, long endurance FPV/UAV ship.

Exactly what my daughter said...I think I will add some

I like that expression "bee in your bonnet " I do have one about FPV for sure !

I think it will be ready to buzz around next weekend, also planning to try the greatPlanes Spectra with FPV. I have a brushless upgrade for it. If the motor fits easily, I could try the new system this sunday.
