I just finished building a 250 SE and had a bit of tail wag. Turns out, it was caused by me not reading the suggested distance to mount the ball link from the centre of the servo arm. It should be 4 cm. I bought a Quark gyro/Align servo combo and mounted the Quark to the 250 with its suggested distance. It is too far away (I had not even thought that the distance the ball link was at was critical) in the Quark manual but following the Align manual got me the heli flying just beautiful at 59% HH and 42% Rate. I have yet to fly it outside as the wind has been too high, but my estimation is that I can increas the HH number and decrease the Rate number once I have a bit more room to maneuver. Take care.
PS. Using a DX6i, as well.
