Luke

Do you have a way of converting this file into PDF? I have a hard time working with TIFF.

Thanks

Thank you Perttime, appreciated. I can do the PDF conversion easy enough but the image software I use is quite vague on scaling, otherwise I would have PDF'd it from the start.

In future any plans I post here will be in tiff format, basically because I use tileprint to scale when printing. Whenever I PDF the files the scaling is all over the place.

No problem Joshua, I had only just been viewing the Fury Screwball files before I saw your request, quite odd.

Luke.

Anyone got a plan for Jetco p-51H? this was the kit version of Jim McCrosky's NATS winning CL scale model. I've had the M.A.N. plan from 1959, bu t haven't seen a kit plan in over forty years. It would make my day!

Back in 1978 I got to meet Mr. McCroskey at Ames Research Center. He invited me to his home where I got to hold/ogle his famous model. I WAS IMPRESSED.
A most memorable evening for this Mustang modleer/nut.

Came across this link to Jim's activities at Ames, upon hiis retirement. Scroll down to page 8.

I'm having a senior moment as to who it was, but there was a Screwball Fury take-apart at the 1999 Vintage Stunt Contest in Tucson. It was set up so that moving a single lever made it fall apart. Very neat and impressive. I haven't looked at the article in a while, but I recall it says a symmetrical airfoil is OK.

That Fury Screballs belongs to Bob Zambelli. Absolutely ingenious and beautiful model.

I like the look of the Nervensäge. Couldn't resist posting it in the "Control Line Team Racer plans and pictures" thread too.

Fell free to post any of my uploads were you like. Originally I would have posted them on the vintage and old timers group but that became full of posters sniping at each other which now seems to have spread to the pre 77 thread. Fingers crossed this thread continues in a happy vein
