Because when I look in the mirror, I am beautiful...... Wait, maybe this isn't real......I was born ugly.....what happened?

I ponder that very thought many times. And then I get back to the basics of life.

Hebrews 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
We are because HE IS. If I am just a figment of someone's imagination, then it is God's mind that sees me.

When Paul came to Corinth (probably in the year 50), he met Priscilla (or Prisca) and her husband Aquila, tentmakers by trade like Paul, Jewish, and just arrived from Rome, from which city the Emperor Claudius had recently expelled the Jewish community.
