Not planning to bring mine, if you want to run one I guess you need to bring one. As good a luck as I had at Riverside guess will put the 48" one in the car. Nothing spectacular just 64 lb in hull, no top.

It was a wonderful day and a great event! It was great to see many of the ususal suspects at the lake today along with Vspeeds who ran his 47'USCG/SFPD boat, Mr. and Mrs. gtopillado who ran their Atlantic, "Team Ahkneenah" who ran a small fleet of beautiful offshore tugs including a fantastic, newly built Mr. Darby and Al K from Seattle who happened to do very well at the event!!

Great to see everybody!!!

the event went very well with CaptLee doing a great job as CD and setting up an "evil nav course"- not as easy to drive through as it looks on paper-

Great day!

It was great meeting every one at the Regatta. The course was harder than it looked on paper. The depth perception in relation to the markers were difficult to judge...for me anyways. Even though I got DQ'd in the 2nd round it was still alot of fun. The weather was beautiful and it was fun seeing all the boats driving around in the lake. After seeing the tugs I think my 1st build will be a tug.
Here are some of the boats at the lake today.

Tim,
You really have some good looking boats! It will be exciting when Houston has a club going like SFMYC.

Thanks Woodybob,
No docking... Hmmm...

I didn't see that mini flying sub back there either.
I wonder if it launched from the seaview...
