Question

Aurora 9- Heli- Swash mix function

I finally figured out why I don't have enough travel on collective (for pitch). The Swash Mix function defaults to 60 %(?) (I don't think I changed this) which is an measure of travel. Dial it up to 80,90,100 and I now have quite a bit more. One problem though I really don't need as much positive collective. Is there a way to adjust this outside of the swash mix? I can't remember if EPA is a servo level function or an eCCPM level function.

Along with the realization above I also realized that this same 60% is also limiting my roll rate (aileron on the swash mix screen).

Why no mention of this functionality in manual?

Thanks

EPA and dual rate would add role rate.

You must do some serious 3d that 60% does not give enough collective pitch? I actually run mine at 50% and still get plenty. What kind of heli are u setting up?

Definitely not 3D- I wish. Probably more likely just have stuff set up wrong. But for some reason I can not get full servo movement for negative pitch unless I dial that up. The servo arm movement is very limited compared to their full range.

I have a Trex450 and a Protos that I am currently flying.
