I actually meant km/h, oops.

Im a bit surprised at the factory settings. Just a note to anyone making that adjustment, do it with the power off, you'll save the servo from burning out prematurely.

Agreed...nose heavy sometimes is a good thing for the T-28. The "T" is pretty forgiving. As long as you are happy with the flight characteristics then the CG is good.

Has to be a first for everything...

As far as I know, my t-28 is the first micro t-28 to be almost stolen by a dog.

I was flying in an unpaved cul-de-sac close to my house and the neighbors dog was chasing the t-28. Then I chopped power do too a very annoying powerline and it hit the ground. The dog decided to pick up the t-28 in its mouth and run off. I yelled "Drop that right now!!!" and so the dog did. When i picked it up, it had do slobber all over it and a small puncture in the foam on the canopy. It was also covered in small dents from the dogs claws and teeth. I guess im lucky that it isn't worse than it is. And it was #$&* funny.

On another note, you know you need a new micro when you fly the old one ito a telephone pole, and the motor vibrations are better than they were before it hit!!!

Top This!!!

I don't remember what I was smoking, but...

It would be interesting to see if this works.
The design used two peices of hacked up styrofoam with scotch tape on the bottom. It has 6 unbent mini paperclips to hold the floats on the plane, three for each float.

I guess you could say that its the official float plane of the Redneck Yacht Club...

Well, Im not gonna fly out of the bathroom sink. I will most .ikely do the first water taxying in the bathtub. Then after that I will hand lanch and get the hang of flying with floats. then I might try it out in a pond that is across the street.
