Hey Laine,

Thanks for keeping us all updated on what you're up to! It is definitely appreciated by us. Also, great vid on the 540... foamies are great practice, and even though it seemed pretty windy during the flight it handled it really well!

Hey Laine;

You know that I keep up with your blog all the time. I have nothing but admiration for someone who wants to go to other parts of the world to make a better and safer place for the rest of us. Plus, my youngest daughter is in awe of a guy the flys a Blackhawk. Keep safe.

Hey Laine, do you ever carry around some folks that do OSRVT training? They tend to bring some big black pelican cases with them from time to time. I know they've taken many a ride from Blackhawks, but just wondering if you had the honor yet.

Stay safe brother!

It's my first read on RCG

I'm not much of a poster. I mostly lurk and consume all the wonderful information that people on RCG share with us.

When I first log into RCG, the first thing I read is your blog, followed by Dag214's B-36 https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=933242.

You and all our troops are always in my prayers and I could never thank you all for the things you guys do for our country.

Stay safe, and keep blogging.

Thanks guys. Its pretty impressive to see that this many people acctually look around in here. Very cool! As for the OSRVT guys, havent messed with them this year, but we have the mods on most of our birds. I think we have only used it once so far. Pretty cool system!

kcx8986- Dag214's B-36 is pretty dang cool huh. One heck of a project.

I started a new project last night when I was on my 12 hour shift of QRF (Quick Reaction Force). Basically a large IFO... about 34" wide made from some carbon rod, some sign material I "liberated" and part of a VERY large parachute that was also "liberated". More to follow on that one.

Awesome! I worked the integration of our system into A2C2S a few years ago. I've made some good friends in the PM office over there. They are a super team, building an excellent system, supporting a great group of soldiers. I truly appreciate your work there!

As always, stay safe! Hoooah!

Laine,
I stumbled upon your blog this afternoon and I've found myself reading all the way back a couple of months. I'm really into military aircraft and enjoy reading your blogs about your sortees. Keep up the good work and fly safe. My family and I pray for all of our servicemen to come home to their families safe.
