Yet another quad try...

Hi guys
I'm not so experienced as I should for this task, but I hope to learn as my project progressing. I built the frame and I'm a little heavy (aprox 750g with foto frame) so I'll give anotrer try with thinner (10x10mm) aluminium sticks, plexiglass plates and plastic screws...
While I'm waiting for the motors and ESC, I need to learn and understand better the phisics, how this thing moves. So I made a schema with what I think is happening when turn or move the quadcopter. But what I really need is you to corect this if I'm wrong! For this simple schema I "use" giro, but for my butterfly stability I'll find a cheap, good and easy to mount master controler.

cheers

Both your links are great. I read your experience (now i'm on the fifth page) and I like the stability of your bird. That controler is fine, maybe I'll consider it... It comes with a manual or you knew somehow where to connect so many wires?

A very smart guy told me that for learnig the principles I can use 4 gyros, one for each rotor (but then I must synchronise them). A central controler board is though the sexy way

I attached the rpm variation representing the main moves for an X quad, too

It seems that my birdie only waits a master controler. I read about many but every thread has thousands of pages and that's a good thing, the bad one is that God give me just one life... So I think I will go/guess with QuadPower!
