Get the S. If you don't like the extra axises on the gyro you can always turn them off by turning the gain all the way down. You have to pay $40 to convert a non-S to the 3 axis RX.

With out Stabilizing Technology is very difficult to flies 4#6?

Depends on your skill level. If you're completely new then both are going to be difficult to fly, but without the 3 axis it's going to be a little more difficult.

whichever one you do buy dont forget to stock up on tail gears and piles of dogbone links

Yeah I'd highly recommend getting at least two each of the tail gear set, main gear and main blades. Those are the 3 most likely parts to break in a crash. I'd also recommend a linkage set and a screw set, as these things are tiny and easily lost while repairing the heli or if they pop off during a crash.

You'll also likely break the landing skids and canopy quickly. However don't replace those right away. Just fix the canopy as best you can with tape and fix the skids with hot glue. After you learn to fly it you can replace them both and not have to worry much about breaking them again.

its a bit off topic,but would you guys say a 4#3b w/out the stability RX is pretty much an over sized 4#3B?

I'm assuming that you meant to ask if a 4#6 without the 3 axis rx is just an oversized 4#3B? If so, not even close. The standard 4#6 is so much more stable than the 4#3B.

Agreed. The 4#3B is very twitchy. Much harder to fly then the 4#6 even without the 3 axis gyro.
