I have a FUTABA T6EXHP 35Mhz transmitter...
Which is a heli 6 channel TX

I want to convert the transmitter to 2.4Ghz with assan hack module...

Plz give me ideas on how can a put two more switch for using the 7th and the 8th channel...

I added two extra channels to a Hitec Laser4 using a PIC12F615 MPU. The PIC reads in the PPM pulse stream, then generates two extra pulses at the end to produce the new channels. 2 potentiometers are used to provide proportional control of the extra channels, however you can use 2 or 3 position switches instead.

The circuit requires a positive going logic-level PPM pulse stream. In the Laser4 I picked up the signal directly from the transmitter's encoder chip.

The attached zip archive includes assembler source code, and the Hex file (for 6 channel transmitters) for loading into the PIC.

If you make the mistake of plugging a servo in to CH8 it will strip the gears with a HobbyKing 8CH rx.

This should be just the ticket.

Can you plz elaborate and say...???

With HobbyKing/Flysky 2.4GHz sets, if you plug in a servo to an untransmitted channel the servo will turn, all the way, and beyind the mechanical stop inside the servo. That is what strips the gears.

i.e. eight channel receiver, seven channel transmitter -> channel eight will damage your servo
