ON road cars are generaly very low to the ground and have limited suspension travel, going offroad of any kind may not have good results.

If your looking for something to bash around in your baseball field and also have fun up and down the road then take a look at Traxxas Slash. Its very popular and parts are very accessible.

You could look into some of the rally cars that Tamiya has.
These cars are not going to be extreme off road like a T4 or Slash but if you are running on a flat surface with mild bumps and jumps it might fit the bill. Most of these cars will have a fair top speed but if you want to go faster a different motor will be needed especially if you want to drift. Some of these are ready to run some will need a radio, speed controller, battery and charger.

that would be spam. this is an rc car forum, not a real one.

Well thanx captain obvious.... I was under the impression that an M1 tank would get stuck if it tried driving on pavement.

good for on-road and as well for off-road?... "take" it somewhere?...
that's exactly a traxxas e-revo 1/16 vxl
it can be fast on asfalt, it can be fun on a sand, rocks or grass, and it even can be a drift-like car (if you disable front diff)
look at my vids to see all 3 types

i think something like this fits more his bill. every car that can go off-road can go on-road, but i think he wants something meant for on-road and has a more realistic look, but that can also handle some bumpy terrain

yeah, the df-03 ra's will handle baseball diamonds with ease, and handle regular roads since they are a rally car. i still want one...
