Grow up! Never!

Ok, my 450 is on the way from Tony. I'll take it slow... call me when you get back. We've got to fly together!

Hi again Dan,

HK has one with your name on it! Sadly out of stock though!

I saw a gas and an electric out at the field I will be joining in a few weeks and WOW! The electric one ROCKS!

The blades sound both AMAZING and SCARRY at the same time!

Did you guys see that the bare bones Trex was on sale for $35!! They were on Hobby King for 12 hours. I bought two of them... but my order didn't go through! grrr....

Dan, they'll probably build you a Trex 5000 if you ask them. LOL!

Brian,

I can't believe you were scared to fly over the water. I was wanting to see a crash where you had to pull out the scuba gear and instead I was disappointed.

Brian, you need some pontoons and then you can land in the water!

Speaking of helis and water, I'm sure you have all seen this heli fishing video, but I think it is excellent!

Sgbfly, Buzz and Brain,

Ok found the link, but still awaiting the HK450 arrival. I hoped it would be here for starting to build this weekend, but its still days out. So I've been tuning the HBeeKing II and hope to get some good stick time if the weather changes

Hahaha! Did you hear him hesitating? Ohhhhhhh.....I shouldn't be doing this....Ohhhhhh! It was a shocking ending. I've always wanted to see a 450 go in the water.

Ok all, I am now registered here as well. Perfect flying morning over here, 11 celcuis (+rising) and NO wind at all. No twitching thumb, all lipos charged so it is flying time with both CP's and the unmentionables as well!!!!!

Brian, loved the water trip.

Edmund! How are you? Good to see you in this thread. Yes, that was quite a flight by Brian. He sure improved in a hurry! My 450 is on the way back home. I may wait until Brian returns from vacation to fly it though. We may finally get to fly together. Take care over there and stay in touch.

Hi ALL!!

Spent a day traveling on vacation and pleased to see the thread activity!

Yah, It kinda would have been cool on a certain level to see the "Intrepid Hero" slog out to the water and get his carcass!!

I look forward to viewing the heli fishing vid as I don't think I have seen it!

My Youtube channel is updated with two new vids (2nd one is slooow to upload).

Edmund I hope the flying went well and glad all the "Stars have aligned" for you flying experience!

Buzz, I hope to catch up with you and see how the Fly Mentor behaves in "real life"!

Mountainsax I am seriously considering pontoons!

Best to all!

Brian

Gravity always Wins :(
Hey everyone, I started out on a Blade cx2, and loved it for a while. It was fun, but my new CopterX 450 is so much better. I just had my first flight yesterday and it was only tail in, but it is so much more exciting than coaxial
