*sigh*

I must be getting old and lazy. I just got a <gasp!> ARF foamie with a spinning thingie on its nose.

I just couldn't resist since it's so cheap. Geez... $55 and all it needs is a receiver and a LiPo battery. After seeing one fly a while back, I knew I had to have it. I'm going to yank out the motor and ESC to replace with something faster, add flaps, and maybe add retractable landing gear. Now, if I could just find a tiny 4-bladed propeller I'd be set!

I'm not sure what to do with the stock motor & ESC. Anybody want them? Maybe I'll fit them into a new mini-Macchi or something.

In my book, an HP would be a step down from the Comodore 64.

SlimLine, now that's a great Marketing Buzz Word!

Oooh, a motor and speed controller! . . . I have no idea what I would actually use them for, but that sounds cool.
