Voodoo Plan Correction

I just realized I made a mistake and uploaded the wrong PDF file for the full size Voodoo plan I posted yesterday evening, which is about 5% oversized.

The incorrect file is now replaced with the correct PDF for the full size plan. If you downloaded the Voodoo plan before November 18, 2012 9:06 AM CST USA, you need to replace it with the correct file:

https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...65873&page=720

The incorrect PDF was 40.90 x 23.22 inches. The correct PDF is 39.03 x 22.15 inches.

My sincere apologies for the confusion.

The Voodoo, which I flew with a Fox .35 in the 60's, was my favorite "wing". Fun to build and fly and looked good in yellow with red trim. What a great time we had back then flying those designs! Thanks for the PDF, Bob.

Soft landings,

Joe

Bob - this one brings back memories - thanks for the post! (And the awareness to catch the dimension shift!)

My friend thinks that this is not the model for which he was looking ... seems to believe that the motor was mounted lower down the pylon.

Whatever ... he likes the one that you dug up and intends to build it.

Can anyone help? I'm looking for the plan and article : Flying Aces, April 1937 Henry Struck's "Build and Fly the Original Wright Biplane".

It used to be at www.ualberta.ca/~khorne ie Kenny's old timer site but the archive there is not working for me now, access is forbidden (?) maybe I missed something, looks like that site is being taken down, or something...

Anyone have a copy of that? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have a scan of the plan that they'll share?

Thanks!

Airspeed Envoy by HTowner

Does anyone have this one? Im quoting here: "Airspeed Envoy. Built by Mr HJ Towner, this 1 in. to 1 ft. flying scale model is one of the finest examples of the aero-modellers skill. Span of the plane is 51 in. and length 34 in. The model will rise off the ground and fly quite a long way."

I ask because I'm going through the book "Scale Model Aircraft That Fly" (again) and there's a very tempting photo of the uncovered model in chapter 1. Have attached a jpg here. I love these complicated twin motor rubber designs.

Would love to see the full plan...

Hi,
Does anyone out there in "planland" have a full-size plan of "LE METEOR" that they can post so that it can be downloaded and printed???????
This was a free-flight plan published by Micron Meteore Moteurs in their catalogue. It was designed for their "Meteore 0.9cc" side-port diesel.
It is a pylon type with straight dihedral wings, twin rudders, fair size sub-rudder. Maybe a semi-profile fus.
Thank you.

Does anyone have a copy of the plans for The Ace of Spades by George Woolls? I think it appeared in Aero Modeller in August of 1958.
