some dime scale and one oversized dime scale

Discovered I hadn't scanned all of my collection of dime scale plans, and not all are already on the web. These are copies of copies so they may be slightly distorted and grungy.

-Spartan Fighter (too big for a dime scale under current FAC rules)

-Curtiss Hawk P-36

-P-26A

-Curtiss Hawk Biplane Guillow F81

-B A Eagle Megow (Golden Age Reproductions has a much nicer printed plan which I think is printed with another plan, possibly Kinner Sportster)

The plan looks more like a Spartan Executive with a cabin that can seat people side by side.

"More like"??? That's it's ancestery.. Or, at least, that's how the Aerofiles site describes it:
Evolution of militarized Executive with larger engine and greenhouse cockpit.

Good to know that there's interest out there for all these silly posts I make. When you look at the design, that's a real ghost ship, isn't it?

odd triplane from Dec 1938 Flying Aces

Here's the Golliwhopper Tripe by Alan Orthof and Louis Milowitz. This odd creation has a 12 inch span and is all sheet.

Also in this issue are Heinkel 64-C Sportster for rubber and a large O-43 for gas, which I hope to scan and post soon. Oops, make that an 0-41A.

Heinkel 64 C from Dec 1938 Flying Aces

Here's the Heinkel Sportster I mentioned in my previous post. about 19 1/2 inches. By Nick Limber.

As usual, the versions in the zip file should have more detail than the ones posted directly. Or, at least, the file size is larger.

KK Southerner

The 1947 Keil Kraft Southerner 60 plan has just been submitted to Outerzone, and since there has been some interest in this (the original, not the CAD) plan on here, I thought it would make sense to post it up here on this thread too. I'm not sure if everyone who reads one site also reads the other. Also there is no scanned printwood to go with this plan, so I am rather hoping that the more poeple see this, the more likely it is that someone will produce the printwood parts.

Douglas O-41A for gas, 50 inch

This one's by Frank Roberts and appeared in the December, 1938 Flying Aces. Note that, except for the ribs and formers, the plans are at half size.

As always, the zip files may have more detail. 200 dpi for article, 350 dpi for plans
