...yes, I think 'psychobabble' may also be allowed.

The other day on facebook, I saw that written as 'aloud' !

Almost sorry I started this. Mea Culpa! (My fault. Latin.)
Believe it or not, I had an engineering manage who would return reports with errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and syntax marked in red. Seems the company lost a few court cases because of these kinds of errors in reports. Cost the company a pretty penny. I was less surprised by this than by the fact that somebody above my direct boss read anything we put in a report.
Then, I found out that the VP Engineering also tried to review all reports for these items..

G'day, can anyone please direct me to a plan for the Red Zephyr? I can't find it on the plans list.

According to Vinplandex it is in post 9336 on Page 623 - I've just had a look and indeed it is.

Check this post as well. There's a PDF and a link to Outer Zone.

Thanks all. I had downloaded the RC Groups plan list and the Red Zephyr doesn't appear there. Below is a scan of the RC Group plan.

1937 Canard Fling Glider

Here's a little treat from the Frank Zaic Model Aeronautics Yearbook collection. (And by "little" I mean 15inches.) It's a canard glider that I built a copy of several years ago... it floated like a dream until a friend decided he HAD to try it indoors. (Don't try that... it is NOT easily contained in a meeting room or gym!)

I found it both airworthy and beautiful.... enjoy!

Thanks John. I know the redraw isn't exactly as it was, but I like to add the missing parts so someone building the plane will have an easier time of it.
Also allows me to straighten the spars. When the plan is scanned the spars sometimes get a bit out of shape.

Does anyone have copy of the plans for the Jasco "Thermic Trio"?

These were three small, simple all-balsa gliders, one as a canard, one as a tailess glider, and the third in conventional arrangement. My grandchildren are coming in a couple of weeks and I would like to build these for their enjoyment.
