that's very impressive, but one of the cautions is "careful not to shake camera".. or use in direct sunlight...lol

imagine what you could do if you have those optics attached to an HDCam like GoPro.....

The Sony's are expensive but very good quality. The Mintron is almost as good and a lot cheaper (around $150 in bulk).

Yes, but how many of those are tiny and can be controlled by a standard RC receiver ???

All those (except the 18x which is slightly larger) are standard mini block modules of the same size as the foxtech one (with metal brackets removed). But no rc control. RS232 and analog inputs for zoom control, so you would have to make your own rc interface.

Teamwoody: We (at work) get the Mintron cameras for about $150 in bulks of 10 or more directly from Mintron. So that is the OEM price range.

$300 for zoom? No thanks, I think I'll dive for a close up
