"Any you guys have any idea how to get the 747's auto pilot to stay on??"
There should be a slot on the right side of your computer, dollar bills go in there, newer models take fives.
And yes on Duck Dynasty, wife & I have trouble falling out of our recliners when they're on!
Mike.

I have never had a problem with the autopilot staying on. It stays on till I turn it off. On mine the "Z" key deactivates the autopilot.......do you have a cat walking on your keyboard while flying?

I managed to get an intro to the V-35 Bonanza today. What a nice plane. I only wish I had money. Also I took some time to set my pitch curves on the little HK 450 Heli. Now if the weather will cooperate I will do some low inverted flying. I think the 500 size will be much more stable and fun to do it.

HK 450 testing (1 min 27 sec)

Cool videos Roger. What airplane is that jet you posted a picture of? That helicopter flies pretty nicely. I just got back from flying too. Had my second flight lesson and it seemed to go really well, getting used to the 172 I am flying. Did the takeoff and that was exciting, seemed to have hit the right brake at one point which caused some unnecessary thrill. I really like doing steep turns, its a cool feeling spinning around like a roller-coaster. I attempted an assisted landing and that went predictable, with a firm touchdown. Haha.

Anybody on tonight?

HT

Hey HT, glad to hear you are having some fun with Flying lessons. The 172 is a nice plane for just having fun flying and looking at the ground go round and round.

That is a 1964 Beech S35 Bonanza, We were at 110 kts cruise climb and getting better than 1200 fpm. At 23 squared (23 inches of manifold pressure and 2300 rpm) which is about 50% power we were truing out about 145 kts in rough air. The control were so smooth and solid feeling. I really enjoyed that flight. I would love to own a Bonanza. (sad being one of the poor). Thanks to this economy.

The little 450 heli is fun, I really look forward to the slightly bigger 500 that I have.

JT, I saw you but it was white and one red bar, I tried 25 times to connect it would act like it would and then quit. So I couldnot get on. I tried to private message you again and it would not repsond. So I quit. I have U Verse internet now it is nearly 11 mbps on Speakeasy. So it is fast. Maybe I need to start the session. Let me know your work schedule. We will give it try one night.
