Ed,
I found that one and others here....

http://www.fsglider.de/p_e.htm

and here...

http://www.fsglider.de/p_e.htm

There is also "cumulusX" for generating better than default thermals and "simprobe" to generate slope lift.
I've always enjoyed soaring, even to the point of jumping off a cliff in a hang glider!
(Gave it up when I realised how hard it was to find someone to drive to the bottom to pick me up!) But I never ventured into full scale sailplanes, only R/C. ($$$$$)
Mike.

Okay!
This is a link on Classic Wings.
Some really nice sailplanes and powered ships on this link!
One very similar to a Diamond

Decided to fly around St Barts (TFFJ), was surprised until I remembered I haven't loaded the "caribbean tours" scenery pkg. yet!
It looks a lot better than default FSX.

Yea, I think the designers just stick objects anywhere. I'm redoing our runways at 42J to look more like whats there.

I thought you might have seen this. A fogged up canopy caused it ($35 million spent).
