ImmersionRC iTelemetry on iPad

As some of you may have seen at the L'Aigle event, we have ported the iPhone 'iTelemetry' application to the iPad.

This application decodes the telemetry stream from the EzOSD, or TinyTelemetry, and shows, in real time, the position of both the pilot, and the plane, on the iPhone/iPad.

If anyone is interested in trying the beta, and giving us some feedback, follow the steps below:

1. Purchase the interface cable from NGHobbies (if you don't already have one for your iPhone):
http://www.nghobbies.com/cart/index....roducts_id=395

2. Send your iPad's UDID number to us at [email protected]
To find this, either download the free 'Ad Hoc Helper' application from the app. store, or connect the iPad to iTunes on a Mac/PC, navigate to the 'Summary' page for your device, and click on the serial number field. It will then change to show the UDID.

Upon receipt of the UDID, we will send out the Ad-Hoc installer, provisioned for your iPad.

Yes, you don't need an EzOSD or anything else for this to work. Just the TinyTelemetry (which includes GPS) in your aircraft, plugged into the audio channel on your VTx. On the ground you need the iPhone cable to be connected to the audio out of your VRx and your iPad/ iPhone.

All the best
