Brushless motor wiring to ESC

Okay had a Wasp 200se that the motor mounted on top with the pinion shaft pointing down, changed to a wasp 250 belt and the motor mounts on the bottom with shaft points up. I wrote down the color and the right plug it goes to. But it seems to be running backward now. Do I need to swap some wires? If so which ones? Don't want to do the hit & miss way, my luck I'll burn out something....that means more money, more money...

Thanks

Would have been useful to include this information in your question. Without it we can only guess at your current wiring.

Here is same answer I sent to the customer that emailed me with the same question:

Confirmed from Belt 250s currently on our instock.

ESC A to Blue on Motor
ESC B to Yellow on Motor
ESC C to Red on Motor

Hope this helps

Wiring

Worked perfect, I didn't even know they had connectors til I started moving the electonics to the New Wasp Belt 250....

Thanks again

I know this thread is completed, but just weighing in for the future reference of others:

I was under the impression that swapping any two of the three motor wires around would reverse the direction of the motor if it was going the wrong way. It's just an effect of the arrangement of the coils in the motor. Seems to work for me if I'm dealing with ESCs/motors that have no colour-coding, so I hope this is useful to anyone who strays across this thread
