All this activity in the forum got me excited about ZAlly all over again. So I've decided to build the longer wings and this time I'll bag them with 50gsm glass instead of the 80gsm I used on the shorter wing.
Oh hell, I'm think I might be addicted to building.

in good time my friend... we got a run of 3 blue foam Swingers taking up the workshop atm.

The weather is cooling again this week, as soon as the nights are warmer I'll get the wings glassed... I'm even going to paint these bad boys!

There was someone talking about admitting mistakes, writing about them...
Exorcising our deeper fears and anxieties...

I re-fired yesterday my SZALLY build.
Trimmed the wing LE, TE, SIDES, and cut the trailing edge gap for a tight fit with the FUSE J made...

We have a saying here that goes like this "rushed dogs give birth to blind puppies"...
I have cut a straight line instead of a diagonal cut to the fuse line!

Small annoying mistake!!!

Please, can the experts pronounce?
Is this gap going to conflict with the wing airflow?

Not to sure what you mean....
The hinge line/ hinge gap?
Have you done a live hinge in the lay-up?
