Help!

eagle tree osd pro will not turn on


I just bought the eagle tree osd pro and the v3 100amp elogger and I get video but not osd I have the aux 1 and 2 pluged in and nothing it wont switch on Iv tried hooking up every thing as if I was going to fly but still nothing
I also cant get my windows app. to let me setup the osd the elogger is working right but when I go to connect the osd the windows app pulls up a white screen for the configuration and Il wait for a few mins and then clik on the page then the title says not responding

Exact same problem, Did you find a fix????

me too .. OSD Pro wont start .. video is working but the ET indicator such as home, altitude is not showing

Hello,

Please double check all connections and then try updating/resetting in the exact order as outlined below;

Be sure you are using our latest software, from here; www.eagletreesystems.com/software

Connect the eLogger (with no other devices connected to the eLogger) to your computer and update the firmware even if it says it has the latest already installed.

Disconnect the eLogger and connect the OSD Pro to it and reconnect to your computer. Then reset the OSD to factory defaults (you will lose your settings so make a backup to restore later) and then update the firmware even if it says it has the latest already installed.

Disconnect the eLogger from your computer and connect the Guardian Stabilizer Expander (if equipped) to the OSD Pro and reconnect it to your computer and update the firmware even if it says it has the latest already installed.

Disconnect the eLogger from your computer and connect any other sensors and reconnect it to your computer and update any other firmware even if it says it has the latest already installed.

Configure one parameter on the OSD and test the system.

Restore your OSD configuration and test the system.

If this works initially but stops again after restoring your OSD settings, you will need to reset all your OSD settings manually as opposed to restoring it from the backup file.

If this doesn't fix the issue please open a support ticket and we will issue you an RMA for the OSD Pro so that we can test and repair/replace as needed.
