Fixed wings can be Drones too!

Took a bit longer tonight but made it home despite the deep snow.

Thanks to Unialfred for trimming out the t-28 and the advice on how to fly it. I'm really pleased at how well my first fixed wing flight went.

Also good to see a quad being FPV'd, I'm glad I haven't tried it yet, the disconnect in perceived altitude and actual altitude is much more than i expected.

Another worthwhile trip to Twickenham. Thanks all*

*especially the guy with the long pole allowing me to rescue the stricken T-28

Cheers guys great night.
Shouldn't of had that beer afterwards with Mike and James. Took two hours to do a 45 minute journey. 5 inches of snow in High Wycombe

Does this imply your crashing skills are not limited to funjets?
