KK2 1.5 seems to work fine, although, my quad flies like a dog at the moment, so can't really tell! haha
Oh and flipped my quad a few times because....I forgot to set it back to 'X' set-up after updating the firmware...tit.

Also...its feckin' windy out there! =[

so what's the score with rc4y.com ? I haven't seen anyone ordering from there yet and they seemed to be a scam at the beginning .
I was on the point of ordering from them but every fibre of my muscular and toned body started to warn me not to do it...

but I am starting to think that if they are a scam then it is a pretty persistent one.

Has anyone got some experience with them ?

Owen,
You're alive!
Long time since we've seen anything of you.

Happy New Year matey!

P.S. I wouldn't buy anything from RC4Y.com. They have a -1 trader rating on RCG.

FYI on the cheep 'naked' gopro3's out of china. I'm told that they are the ones that fail testing or qc checks. They get sold off cheap out the back door rather than scrapped.

Just be careful.

If it flies.....I can crash it
So just back from a touch if night flying of my tri .
And after a crowd of 12 people and a job offer for Ariel photography I made it home.
I have to say the 1.5 auto level works great and makes it a real joy to fly.
And in normal mode you can really throw it about....next step....fpv with it.

The chap who stopped and asked about Ariel photography had no idea on the rules and regs, he just saw it as a platform he could use.

I ordered 2 black go3's from rc4y just before Xmas. Came by dhl and were delivered 28th dec. Martin gave me the link and ordered one himself.
Was flying with him on Sunday testing them out. No probs. pictures fine etc. miss match in firmware but its actually better for Fpv than the firmware that ships with genuine units as it shifts the osd data into the top area (you'll know what I mean if you fly off it)
Yeah there's no serial numbers on them so they must be qc rejects or sommin?
I paid rc4y with PayPal so figured if it was a scam I could claim back through pp

I would steer clear of these cheap GoPro 3 Blacks.
A lot of people have been having troble with the actual ones from GoPro so good luck with these cheap ones. I can't see it being possible to get them sent back to GoPro for repair.

But until we get feed back we will not know for sure.

Mine is working well but not added the latest firmware as some have had trouble.
I will wait a bit.

Yes I am. Much better to fly with than the GP 2 definitely handles lower light and changes in light.
Can't notice much of a lag. Got it on my QAV500 and Skywalker.
The Skywalker has an issue with jello at higher motor runs so will need to sort out a better dampening system. The QAV is fine as it has it's own dampening system.
