Arse:

1, Customs still have a two week old parcel I need

2, Even though a more recent parcel has been delivered (from the same place) it turns out ordering drunk means I have 900 Vtx's when I wanted 1.2's.

So, shall I wait for pay day and then for another order to arrive or use the 900 stuff?

Anyone know where you can buy corrugated plastic sheet in MK? I've been to Staples and Hobbycraft and neither had it. Nearly pinched one of the advertising boards from outside Halfords, but thought better of it. LOL

Have you tried builders or carpet merchants. I understand (and I could well be wrong) that it's sometimes used as carpet underlay. Correx I think it's called. You could of course try and contact a local sign makers and see if they'll flog you some.

Doing some quick research too and it seems that B&Q use correx for their special offer boards. When they're done with them they bin 'em. See if they've got any they want to throw in your direction.

Does anybody know of an OSD board that is 1) Available 2)Supports a compass readout and barographic altitude?

- I do not want GPS based compass / alti as this is for a static application.

Have used the Kapelec alti-osd in the past, but it is now no longer available (without starting from scratch)

Dragon OSD does it - but apparently only with one type of compass sensor that costs an additional 100 - plus baro sensor for another 20 or so. (So something like 220 for the limited functions I want )

Possibly Arduino based solutions out there, but I really want an off the shelf solution at reasonable cost.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Malcolm
