they using?......don't think it was a cheapy. Looked like a to of the range Futaba(?)..... noticed FAAST.
As I mentioned, we've tested the turnigy 9x with Hobbyking Rx (about $60 + post) to 4 km. The was ground to ground (but was LOS)
