yeah it would really cool on the ground for display but in the air not so much. If i have to glue them on I will not put them on but i might get magnets or something.

I took mine off after the first flight. Too much drag.

Are you talking about the gear or the missles and tanks?

Well both, but actually I was talking about the ordinance... Looks great static but in the air it's not worth the added drag. Going clean is the way to go to maximize performance.

Are they held on by magnets?

Nope. You glue them on.

Yeah I took the missles off for the flight and yep, Blue Angels are clean any ways.

What kind of speed are you getting from it?

I haven't measured it but based on an older one I flew that a friend had measured with his speed gun, I would say 65-70mph WOT.

My goal is 100+.

Someone with Doppler program could get us that answer.

Easy. Make sure the rotor is balanced then drop a HET 2w20, 70+ amp esc and a 55-60 amp-capable 4s battery in there. Flys the heck out of my J-Power A7 clocked at 118.
