Servos twitch when I start motor, why?

I am hoping someone can help me answer this question. My setup is as follows...

Flash 8 (F5B) sailplane

Hacker FAI F5F motor
6.7:1 Gearbox
Hacker Master 105amp opto controller
3 hitec servos
hitec 555 rx

When I start this the motor, then servos twitch, and it's not consistiant. about every third blip I get a twitch of the ailerons either up or down.

Any thoughts?

never mind....

Seems that by simply extending the antenna during testing, I have averted this problem...

You probably have some low level interference then.

Twisting motor wires and putting chokes (ferrite beads) on ESC and servo wires into teh RX may reduce it belwow detectable. etc.

Have you treated them badly in the past? Maybe they don't want to go flying

vintage all wires are twisted...

I must admit, that this is a new setup to me, and that it was once owned by someone else. Thanks for the input...
