PRICE SLASHED - PZL 104 Wilga 35 1:5 Semi-Scale Kit - No longer available in the USA
BY SUNSHINE MODELLBAU GmbH
WING SPAN - 2240mm / 88”
LENGTH OVERALL - 1870mm / 73.5”
WEIGHT - ~7kg / 15-16 lbs
MOTOR - 20cc FOUR STROKE OR GASOLINE (QUADRA 35 OR SIMILAR)
This semi-scale version of the well known PZL 104 WILGA to a scale of 1:5. A handy large scale model with plenty of power reserves for use as a glider tug (much the same as the 1:1 Wilga does in Europe), banner towing, pilot training and parachute drops.
The epoxy glass fuselage, engine cowling, and rudder are detailed with the ribs, rivets and panel lines. This kit includes the extra cost upgrade for clear, vacuum formed windows which all have the correct convex shapes as on the full size Wilga.
The manufacturer states “ A fabulous model with superlative flying characteristics which will provide you with many happy hours of enjoyable flying.”
This is a complete kit with pre-sheeted foam core wings and horizontal stabilizer, CNC aircraft aluminum functioning oleo strut main gear, aluminum wheels, main wheel tires, sprung steerable tail wheel tire, and complete wood and hardware pack to complete the build.
The USA importer has added an English language instruction manual.
An extensive pack of reference photographs are included for the builder who wants to do the extra work to super detail the model.
Asking $475.00 plus actual packing and shipping costs. PM me for a shipping estimate.
Cheers - Boyd
