2.4 GHz video

Has anyone tried one of these with the X-Cam 2 receivers?

I have played with my x-10 on my rc car.... lotsa static. I don't think my Firebird would like the weight LOL.

Several X10 based systems are flying. Search Modeling Science for X10 and read and read.....

One of the keys is an omni-directional antenna on the airborne part. Look for posts by yb2normal.

You should be able to use an X10 camera for relatively short distance video but don't try it when the temperature dips below 45 degrees....the X10 cameras have no temp. compensation on their transmitters....the frequency drift becomes unmanageable. You get what you pay for!

I've been flying with an x-10 on my DuskStik for about two months now so I know they work fairly well. The only problem I'm having is with the directional receiver antenna.

it sounds like you are getting r/f interferance from your receiver/servos/esc. make sure the rf can on the c10 tx is well grounded.
