Never fly an A model anything!

I'm also keen to know what's happening with the electric retracts. I have a couple of SAPAC models that would be nice to retro fit the, too. The hawk and L-39. My VJ is a little too "used" to worry about. Maybe some renovation is required!

I just sent them an inquiry as to the E-retracts, as well as the E-brakes.
I'm hoping to get two sets of the retracts to evaluate. One for Rodger's F-20 that is currently flying, and one for Moi.

I'll let you know when I get word back.

Is that one and a half minutes ( one minute and 30 seconds), or one hour 30 minutes ????

another hour trimming and seaming up these two parts, then spent some time with wood templates, getting ready to cut some parts so Gary can draw them up.
Hope to get some flights in sat at the jolt. maybe even a 5s flight...if theres a nice head wind.

That's great news! You did a great job on that plane.

I only got to talk with Larry once when I was flying the old K&A MiG on 4lbs of nimh. He told me my fan was supposed to have a prime number of blades. I was sad I had to tell him I'm not that smart so it's ok

The F-20 is logging more air time, and flew great!
Here's a few more Rodger. Still getting caught up from being at The Big Jolt for 3 1/2 days.....oh, you know that!
