it's not honey comb ...it's more like what you are using as a core in your shrouds,it was vacuum bagged also . pretty light now i have to build the structure for the gear mounts servo bay and spar .like a sub assembly that i can position inbetween the upper and lower skin when i put the wing together.

very true, just making a joke haha.

i flew the prototype a number of times and i cant say enough for how well it flies. this one should be way better than the cheap chinese way the original was built. my dad had to do alot of upgrades to make it work right.

And to think it all started with the tireless hunting down of those Skyworld kits.

Just think what a great platform for a "formula" speed contest. It would be fun to put restrictions weight range and cell numbers. Maybe have a scale and beauty contest as well.

Lucky I have kept a set of SAPAc retracts and struts for mine.

All 5 of mine are well and truly spoken for.

Clay it is not roahcell ,i may try $ome but for now trying to use this stuff it's either coremat or aerocore ,i'll have to ck the CST catalogue .i have both and the other one leave a mark off of the honcomb patteren .this project has come a long way ,i feel once i get a wing finished i'll be on the down hill side of it ..been way too long .J thanks for hanging in there it will be worth the wait.
