Cool, not a bad idea at tall, thanks.

If/when I get another bixler (or that style plane) I'll be sure to do that.

Nice landings.
<grin>. I did edit it. It started out to be 12 mins long. I think we all pretty much agree that a video should be around 3 minutes or less to avoid boredom. Even at that, I had too many "speck" shots which I do not like. But, thanks for the props on landings.

You are the 2nd person to mention this. So, I watched it through the link that I posted. Utube definitely hosed my video. So, I re-uploaded it and hopefully it is OK now. Thanks for the heads-up and props for the landings. Please accept my apologies for any panic that I caused (I'll take the blame because I should have checked the entire video AFTER the upload).

Wow an external combustion steam engine for an RC plane. Brilliant!!

I guess you can put it inside the belly of an X8 Beast with a long drive shaft between the fly wheel and the prop in the rear.

Of course the foam may start to soften a bit.

Nice video AJ

ESC for that large electric motor? or a steam engine? (which wouldn't use an ESC, and a steam engine wouldn't be rated in KV... :P)
