The light bulb just went on. Thanks for bringing that up. I had completely overlooked it. I will have to get a pusher prop and try it to see if I can see the difference. And, to my surprise, the little black prop I got in the kit is not a pusher prop. I would have expected them to include a pusher.

Pusher props are for models that use 2 motors to offset torque. One prop is a normal and the other a pusher, like a Multiplex Twin Star. They work fine on our type set ups but are not necessary.

Motor cage and wing housing failure !!

Hi ...

I have the kit version of the Bixler, and I've seen some photos of Motor cage and wing housing failures ..

1- Is the 3M extreme fiber tape enough to prevent this when used to cover the whole wing housing and motor cage sections ??

2- Do I need to implant CF reinforcements from the inside to make sure this section is solidly attached tot he fuselage ??

I'm gonna use my Bixler for FPV... and I want to use the CF material wisely to avoid noise and interference issues

Thanks a lot for your help
