+1.
Kind of like Brill Cream, a little dab will do you.

Flew my "Buck Huck" today.....before I left the house, checked the weather station at our field... wind 0/0 (zero mph/ zero gust) by the time I packed up, drove 18 miles to the field....9/16...1/2 hour later...14/20...didn't feel like pulling the bigger planes out, so flew the edge in the wind....no problem except that once I landed I couldn't taxi...every time I gave it a little power, it took off!!

So... What servos does everyone use in this? Should I save a bit for hs45s or get something else?

I run 65's and truthfully I don't think there is a noticeable difference between an edge with 45s verse an edge with 65's

go with 45's if you are looking for the ultra light weight savings all around setup....trimming weight everywhere you can.

the 65's work better for most standard setups.

If you want to keep flying your Edge 540 for a while. Then I wouldn't use HS 45. on this plane at all. There way to weak. I had the 45s all around as recommended. One plane down! The 45 wouldn't even hold the ailerons center. Don't even think about using HS-55. I've striped more gears on them then any other servo. On the rudder and elevator HS-65 is a must. I now have Futaba 3114 on the ailerons and there working fine.
