Dave,
June is the expected date or there about?? Now and then the target date gets moved, mostly due to the fact that what you want produced gets mucked up somewhere along the line.

Thayer, one a day is fine, more than that, well that may be a problem. The reality is this, it is no big deal, we all do it, some bigger than others. If I could build like you, then I would be happy.
Was a fun weekend.

all I can say is thank you. thanks for making a little scale WWI plane that can be flown indoors. that's the whole reason I started making dimescale foam WWI planes, because nobody was doing it, and that's what I want to fly.

I wanted to see parkzone make some ultra micro WWI models, but nobody seemed interested.glad you guys are.

I'm impressed that you guys tackled a hard one first. the landing gear looks great, and that's a place where many micros don't do much in the way of scale details. if it flys as good as it looks it should sell like hot cakes around here. I can think of about 6 to 8 guys right off the top of my head that would be interested here in our local group.

what are the chances of making it a fathers day gift for myself?

great idea guys, just when I was going to give up on any company making nice micro WWI planes....

Rest assured, it looks great and flies even better. I was very impressed with it. As for Father's Day, I have no idea. You might need to sit on an IOU for a short period of time. But trust me, it will be worth the wait.

Did I miss something on the website? I looked for the release date and couldn't find anything. I saw the Playmate, but couldn't find the Albatross.

If you can't get the Albatross yet looks like you can at least download the wallpaper for it - http://www.flyzoneplanes.com/wallpaper.html.

Love at first site !

Dave,
OUTSTANDING work. Thank you for furthering this hobby ! The Albatros is just the begining of a great future in this Micro part of the hobby.
One thing tho, We all do not need any more transmitters to add to the pile.
Many of us would hesitate until we can get the airplane without the TX. and be able to bind it to what we have now DX7 etc.
Due to the fact that in real life there were many different color schemes on the Albatros we would like to be able to purchase a plain white version, ANY chance of that ?
And I am happy to see a CUB that looks like it's prototype and looks SCALE !

its not horizon to unless you gut it it will never bind with your dx7. i actually love how the playmate comes. a small box with a tiny tx that makes it real easy to take wherever.

Only flies cheap
Well the Playmate blew me away with beautiful relaxed flying and super survivable airframe. How could I buy a Cub when the Playmate flies so well and is so cheap to run? If this Albatross flies as well, then I'm sold.

But there's that Transmitter... I *know* it works great. Never glitches. But, my god, it is *so* easy to break the sticks. Somebody with a big brain needs to figure out transplanting the radio module into another (studier - that's all I ask) transmitter.
